Automotive Industries' Quest for Excellence
Winner for Third Straight Year
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., June 29,
2004 — Key Plastics, L.L.C. — a Farmington
Hills, Michigan based world-class supplier of plastic
injection-molded products to the automotive industry
— has been named a 2004 “Quest for Excellence”
award winner by Automotive Industries magazine, a leading
automotive industry trade journal. This marks the third
consecutive year Key Plastics L.L.C. has been named
a Quest For Excellence recipient.
Bestowed annually by the publication,
this supplier survey competition ranks the “best-of-the-best”
in the automotive industry. Quest for Excellence awards
are granted based on responses from the magazine’s
readers who have direct contact or responsibilities
with automotive suppliers.
Participants responded to a survey
asking them to rate industry suppliers on five criteria:
quality, competitiveness, delivery, responsive support
and innovation. Key Plastics L.L.C. ranked number one
in the “plastics molded parts” category,
earning a 2004 Quest for Excellence award.
