Key Safety Systems, Inc. (KSS), formerly Breed Technologies, Inc., is a leading global supplier of automotive safety components and systems. KSS designs and manufactures airbags, seatbelts, steering wheels and electronics for automotive Tier 1, OEM and aftermarket customers. Key Safety Systems is headquartered in Sterling Heights, Michigan USA with 41 facilities in 12 countries. EMG managed KSS from 2003 – 2008.

United States Marine Repair, Inc.
Under EMG leadership, United States Marine Repair, Inc. (USMR) became the largest non-nuclear ship repair company in the U.S. It primarily focused on the repair and overhaul of U.S. Navy vessels. USMR was created through the acquisition and turnaround of several separate ship repair companies including Southwest Marine and Norfolk Shipbuilding & Drydock Corporation. In June 2002, United Defense Industries, Inc. acquired United States Marine Repair. USMR is headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia USA . EMG personnel managed USMR from 1996 – 2002.

The Aerostructures Corporation(now renamed as a division of Vought Aircraft)
The Aerostructures Corporation is a leading designer, manufacturer, and assembler of large aerostructure components for commercial and military aircraft manufacturers around the globe. In July 2003, Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc. acquired The Aerostructures Corporation. Aerostructures, now renamed as a division of Vought Aircraft, is located in Nashville, Tennessee USA. EMG personnel managed Aerostructures from 1999 – 2003.
