Andrew Edstrom

Mr. Edstrom joined Ewing Management Group (EMG) in 2006 as an Associate in the Business Engagement Group. He is responsible for evaluating, structuring and financing acquisitions of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining EMG, Mr. Edstrom served as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York. At Goldman Sachs, he played a key role in financing transactions for companies and financial sponsors in the industrial sector.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Edstrom served as an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Rothschild Inc. in New York. At Rothschild, he played a key role in acquisitions for companies in the telecom, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.

Mr. Edstrom graduated magna cum laude from Williams College with a B.A. in Economics and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
