Diane Lockhart
CFO and Vice President

Ms. Lockhart has worked with the Ewing Management Group and its predecessor since 2004 as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President. Ms. Lockhart is responsible for human resources, finance, investor reporting and office administration.

Ms. Lockhart was previously Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration at The Aerostructures Corporation, where she was responsible for finance, human resources and contracts. Aerostructures, is an airplane wing manufacture in Nashville, Tennessee. In addition, Ms. Lockhart played a key role in the turnaround effort at Aerostructures and continuous improvement initiatives that resulted in cost reductions of over 20% and debt reductions from $380M to $137M within two years.

During her twenty-one year tenure at Aerostructures, Ms. Lockhart was the Director of Finance for twelve years and previous to this she held other financial management positions. She was directly involved in re-financing efforts, strategic planning, financial reporting, treasury, and government reporting. In addition, Ms. Lockhart played a key role in cost improvement initiatives, due diligence efforts and the reengineering of core processes.
