Greg O'Shea
Senior Associate

Mr. O'Shea joined Ewing Management Group in 2005 as a Senior Associate in the Strategy Group. Mr. O'Shea is responsible for evaluating acquisition opportunities, developing business strategies and operating plans, and executing turnarounds of portfolio companies.

Mr. O'Shea was previously a Vice President at The Carlyle Group. At Carlyle, he was responsible for the administration of the turnaround and energy and power funds, including fund formation, marketing, and closings, as well as the ongoing investor relations and financial reporting. While at Carlyle, Mr. O'Shea also focused on tax planning for the acquisition and realization of portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. O'Shea was a Tax Manager in the Washington, D.C. office of Arthur Andersen LLP. During his five years with Arthur Andersen, Mr. O'Shea worked with clients in the financial services and real estate industries.

Mr. O'Shea graduated from The College of William and Mary with a B.B.A. in Accounting.
