Mr. Guo joined Ewing Management Group in 2005 as a Vice President in the Business Engagement Group. Mr. Guo is responsible for sourcing, executing and financing buyouts of underperforming general industrial companies in Asia.

Prior to joining EMG, Mr. Guo assumed key management positions in the areas of manufacturing, purchasing, and new business development for Key Safety Systems and its predecessor. He led the efforts to set up the company’s first joint venture in China, and worked across functions in the company’s Asia Pacific Region. Mr. Guo contributed to Key Safety’s overall success by creating a powerful manufacturing base, an effective purchasing system and a network of long term partnerships in the region that could be leveraged globally.

With more than 17 years of hands-on operational experience, Mr. Guo ’s previous experience stretches over a range of industries including automotive, equipment machinery, and infrastructure. Geographically, aside from his experience in the Asia Pacific region, he has also worked in the United States, Europe and Australia.

Mr. Guo is a cum laude graduate of the University of Shanghai Industrial University, from which he received a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
