Jeff Reece
Associate

Mr. Reece joined Ewing Management Group (EMG) in 2006 as an Associate in the Strategy Group. He is responsible for evaluating acquisition opportunities, developing business strategies and operating plans, and executing turnarounds of portfolio companies.

Previously, Mr. Reece was an analyst at Mercer Management Consulting in the Dallas office. At Mercer, he developed strategic recommendations and created operating models for Fortune 1000 clients in the aviation and automotive industries.

Mr. Reece graduated magna cum laude from Utah State University (USU) with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. While at USU, Mr. Reece worked with the Shingo Institute on the Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing, where he assessed and recognized North American world-class manufacturing facilities in the automotive, furniture and aerospace and defense industries. He currently sits on the Board of Examiners for the Shingo Institute.

Prior to attending USU, Mr. Reece lived and worked in Western Siberia for two years as a volunteer humanitarian missionary.
