Kenneth Kang

Mr. Kang joined Ewing Management Group in 2005 as an Associate in the Business Engagement Group. Mr. Kang is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, structuring and financing acquisitions of portfolio companies.

Previously, he was an analyst in the Media & Telecom Group at Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York. At Merrill Lynch & Co., Mr. Kang played a key role in numerous transactions across both the media and telecom sectors. He executed a variety of capital markets trades across the financing spectrum, as well as three headline M&A transactions.

Mr. Kang graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University with degrees in Finance and Marketing.
