Thomas Tang

Mr. Tang joined Ewing Management Group in 2005 as Associate in the Operations Group. Mr. Tang is responsible for leading and directing the financial activities of portfolio companies, working closely with company management.

Prior to joining EMG, Mr. Tang was the Finance Manager for Key Safety Systems ’ Asian operations where he was responsible for various finance functions including analysis, business planning, treasury, and risk management. Mr. Tang led the building of Key Safety System’s finance team in Asia . In addition, he implemented various management tools such as the ERP system and working capital improvement programs.

Prior to KSS, Mr. Tang was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche performing annual audits and merger and acquisition and IPO transaction services for public companies.

Mr. Tang graduated from the International Business College of Shanghai University with a Bachelor’s degree of Economics. He is a Certified Public Accountant of the People’s Republic of China.
